A bumper line-up of artists from around South Africa come together in Gallery 2's new group exhibition, The Garden of My Mind. In this exhibition, the gentle, storied work of Balekane Legoabe is shown alongside the playful imagination of Tara Deacon and the illusory compositions of Wessel van Huyssteen, plus many more practitioners working in a wide range of genres and mediums.

Each artist was asked to create work in response to the words of William Wordsworth, "Your mind is the garden, your thoughts are the seeds, you can grow either flowers or weeds." The results are as varied and intriguing as the participating artists themselves.

The Garden of My Mind opens at Gallery 2 in Parkwood on Sat, Nov 11 from 11:00.
