One of the biggest new attractions hosted at the Sandton City mall during the festive season is Introspection - Art of Contemporary Africa, a huge contemporary art exhibition presented by The Melrose Gallery in the glitzy Diamond Walk arcade.

On display are an array of works both big and small by dozens of leading contemporary artists from across Africa including new paintings by the iconic Esther Mahlangu and some very impressive sculptural pieces. The exhibition is on show until January 30 and should especially appeal to anybody who has missed getting out to art fairs this year.
