On Sun, May 11, 2025 The Troyeville hosts The Lucky Dube Experience, with Thami Kiet and Soweto’s Sawubona Music Jam bringing Lucky Dube’s reggae classics roaring back to life. Also on the bill are The Black Cat Bones, ready to shake the rooftop with their gritty, blues-charged rock. It’s set to be an afternoon of fusion of reggae roots, musical brilliance, and sing-alongs that will carry you right through the week.

Early bird tickets are available online for R150 p.p. and general online and door tickets are R180 p.p. Booking is essential. Book here.

For this show, doors open at 13:00 and performances start at 14:30. This allows you plenty of time to enjoy the full bar and food menu from the wonderful restaurant at The Troyeville before and during the show.

Note: Security personnel are stationed at The Troyeville's front and back entrances. Safe parking is available on Wilhelmina Street, located at the rear of the hotel. The front entrance is perfect for Uber, Bolt, and taxi drop-offs and collections.
