My Body My Space is an innovative new arts festival hosted entirely via whatsapp with more than 80 new works to explore straight through your phone. The first 'on your phone' festival in the world, My Body My Space: Public Arts Festival went live in South Africa on January 29 2021 (available until March 31, 2021) with a packed programme of cutting edge work presented by South African and international artists.
The programme features solo works and works produced in collaboration with artists across the world and from isolation to grief, boredom, the nature of community and the conflicting challenges of navigating ordinary life and lockdown restrictions.
