One night in Kinshasa is a rooftop cookout hosted by catering company Cuisine D’amour. Centred around bringing the people as close to Kinshasa as possible through the power of food, drinks, and music, a variety of Congolese street food will be served such as poulet mayo, kwanga (a kind of pap made from cassava)  fried plantain, ntaba (goat meat) as well as authentic Congolese drinks and South African classics like chakalaka, braaied meat and spicy rice. Completing the vibe are sets by DJ Kims, DJ Osmo-fusion, and DJ BK blasting classic Central African African tunes.

Although it’s called one night in Kinshasa, all nationalities are welcome to experience the 243 culture.
