The Secret Sunrise movement pops up at Bryanston Market in September for a quirky and fun morning workout, with a twist. This Heritage Day edition features an all South African playlist guaranteed to get you moving. Themed "Hot Shot Heritage", dress in your most colourful and vibrant clothing to show off how diverse our country is for a day of all-South African music and dancing. 

Secret Sunrise is all about encouraging you to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. It's an opportunity to greet the morning by shaking that body your mama gave you. 

Bring your family, bring your friends, or make some new ones on the day. Get fuelled with coffee or just good energy, arrive early and dress up in your best dancing shoes. Then grab a pair of the provided wireless headphones and get ready to allow the instructors to guide you through a themed hour of guided dancing combining elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. 

No worries if you haven't tried this before – You will be given headsets on arrival, and guided by facilitators to dance and party. The movements combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance, and all bodies, ages, genders and fitness levels are welcome.
