Supporting the LGBTQIA+ community this Pride Month RMB presents Somewhere over the rainbow, a celebration of hopes and dreams. This exhibition is curated by Teresa Lizamore of Lizamore & Associates and hosted at RMB's Art & About Area at the company's Sandton Central headquarters at 8 Merchant Place.

The exhibition highlights the legacy, challenges and triumphs of the LGBTQIA+ community and provides a platform to celebrate the contribution of South African artists who support it. The organisers explain that "the intention is to not only challenge the invisibility of queer identity by bringing important LGBTQIA+ stories and experiences to the fore, but to emphasise RMB’s commitment to creating inclusive and safe spaces for all their communities to flourish".

The show features the work of 20 artists that are allies to or part of the community, and who work in an array of artistic mediums. Featured artists include: Neil Badenhorst, Jaco Benade, Kevin Collins, Gabriele Jacobs, Mandisa Mchiza, Wezile Mgibe, Robyn Pretorius, Richardt Strydom and Izanne Wiid.

The exhibition is open Tue-Fri from 11:00–15:00 at 8 Merchant Place (cnr Fredman Dr and Rivonia Rd), Sandton Central.
