One of the world's most famous gospel choirs, the Soweto Gospel Choir, returns home to the Soweto Theatre for a triumphant performance that marks the high point of their recent international tour. In February 2019 the choir won their third Grammy Award for their album Freedom and at this special concert on home turf the choir will be performing tracks from the album as well as other favourites from their extensive back catalogue of hits.

Tickets for the concert cost R150 and there is also the option to book a 'Taxi to Soweto Special' ticket for R250 which includes return transport to Soweto from Joburg Theatre and a traditional South African braai, as well as the ticket to the performance itself.
