Summa Sundae is a dessert bar tucked between Coalition and Bar Ber Blacksheep along Bolton Road. For breakfast, Summa serves hot coffee, gourmet sourdough bagels, and savoury waffles. But we're really after their seasonal sundae menu with dishes like 'Mamma Mia!' including caramelised apple, cinnamon crumble, and French vanilla gelato. 

There are Belgian waffles, cruffles (croissant waffles), and gourmet shakes, and extremely creamy soft serve with weekly flavour changes. On the day we visited, they were serving swirls of tiramisu or chocolate soft serve, with the option to add nutella or melted chocolate inside the cone.
