Ljubljana's most popular billiards place is a few minutes walk north of the city centre in Bežigrad. Consisting of one large open space underneath exposed wood rafters the interior feels rather barn-like, which is pretty much exactly what we look for in a pool hall. There's also a large glass-enclosed self-service smoking area and a summer garden area in the front, while quality rock tunes will have you humming along between shots. You can expect at least a short wait for a table at the weekends, so don't forget to get your name on the list.
