Located on the main road northwest out of town, Menza (Slovene for canteen) offers up cheap weekday self-service lunches. There's a rotating selection of soups, hearty stews, grilled meats and varied sides as well as a salad bar. It’s no culinary destination, but it’s hard to complain about lunches costing €4 or less and free parking.
