Inside the headquarters of the Jewish Community of Slovenia, the small synagogue was the last synagogue to open in a European capital city and dates from 2003. The city has no rabbi, and the chief Rabbi for Slovenia is Mr Ariel Haddad, who is based in Trieste in Italy. The synagogue isn't usually open to the public, but visits can be arranged in advance.
