As the Polish name suggests, Po Swojemu does it their way by pickling their own veggies and kim chi, baking their own buns, and brewing their own kombucha - but most importantly, by bringing all their friends together at the table. Run by a lovely couple with a passion for pickles, pulled pork and good company, this hip neighbourhood hangout has a rare kind of hospitality - the kind that makes you want to drop by at every opportunity just to be a part of the scene. And people do, whether its for coffee, beer, cocktails or wine; for a small bite with friends on the way to a bigger dinner, or a delicious meal with their partners. The menu changes seasonally and draws influences from Polish, Italian, Asian and American cuisine, offering delicious starters designed for sharing, soups, sandwiches and larger dishes. Vegetarians, vegans and teetotalers will all find plenty to choose from. Polish wines are well-represented and they even use their own pickling juice to make several cocktails. Po Swojemu is precisely one of those Jeżyce venues that people point to when they say it's Poznań's 'best neighbourhood,' or 'I love living here,' or 'let's buy an apartment.' They're doing it their way, but you'll want it to be yours as well.
