With their own local roasting plant and a diversity of trendy, new-fangled brewing methods like drip, aeropress, Chemex, and siphon - this is the cafe for coffee snobs in Poznań. With some stringent, self-imposed, non-negotiable rules like 'no Americanos' and 'no scrambled eggs,' Stragan is a bit obnoxious in principle, but perfectly warm and inviting in practice. They're simply committed to serving the best coffee in town, and their dedication shows in every cup. But it's not one of our favourite spots in the centre just for the coffee, they also bake their own bagels and use them to serve a range of yummy sandwiches. As such, Stragan is a great breakfast/brunch option. Additional drinks include tea, wine, craft beer, matcha and fresh-squeezed juices.
