Italian street artist Mauro Pallotta, aka Maupal, is known mainly for his murals of Pope Francis scattered around Rome. In 2017 he was invited to create a mural in Poznań, which he did - and, true to his sociopolitical interests, it portrays a woman attempting to sew together two parts of the Polish flag, a metaphor for the divide between conservative and liberal Poland.
