Every year, chef Stefan Berwanger and his team move to Tallinn for the winter from Pädaste Manor, one of Estonia's top restaurants. Alexander Chef's Table is a truly unique dining experience. Berwanger hosts up to 20 people for a surprise seven-course degustation menu (with a few surprises in between) in his own home in Toompea. The dinner is a true spectacle. Guests are seated around one large table with a view of the kitchen where you can watch the courses as they are prepared. Each one can be paired with a different wine, if you so choose. Think of it like a dinner party with strangers. Guests come from all over, in groups of 2, 3, 6, or even alone and leave as friends, united over a fabulous meal. You never know who you're going to meet.
