Parc Champagne Bar, by the creators of nearby Vixen Wine Bar, opened in fall 2025 to immediate accolades. It’s a stylish and cozy spot for a glass of something sparkling, perfect for when you’ve finished a walk in adjacent Schnelli Park.

The bottle list has been developed by those who are passionate about champagne and know it exceedingly well. It means that you won’t find most of the choices anywhere else in town. Using Coravin technology, the sommeliers are ready to pop just about any cork and pour by the glass.

To match the bubbles, the bar offers classic snacks such as smoked fish spreads, fresh oysters and, of course, caviar. On most days you can also find a beautiful homemade cake sliced and ready at the bar. Parc opens early for those wishing to start the day right.
