Ruby, located in the Rotermann Quarter, is one of two kosher restaurants in Tallinn. We're particularly excited about the bagels, although on the pricey side, are pretty great. Eat in or take away bagels, salads and various other bits and pieces. A good choice if you're looking for something fast and fresh!
