Located in the beautifully restored Telegraaf building, Tchaikovsky is anything but your typical hotel restaurant. This opulent dining room is a meeting point of grand culinary traditions, where each dish pays homage to the refined classics of a bygone era.
The menu draws inspiration from the imperial kitchens of France and Russia, offering delicately plated creations, thoughtfully paired wines, and service with just the right touch of ceremony. It’s a dining experience that wouldn’t feel out of place at a royal banquet — though you may have to pick up the bill yourself.

Probably the best dining experience we've had so far in Tallinn. Definitely the best service, by far! Prompt, professional and friendly. Priced accordingly. Will definitely return.
