El Chapo, nestled in the heart of Tartu, offers a cosy retreat for those looking to dip their toes into Mexican cuisine, and there aren't many options in the city. The quesadillas are the stars here, oozing with cheese and packed with flavour. The rest of the menu doesn’t quite steal the show, we thought there should have been a little more effort and attention to detail given. It does however provide a decent backdrop for a casual meal. It’s a spot where expectations meet reality at a comfortable middle ground – good for a quick, unpretentious bite.
