The concept at this pasta parlour in the university district is simple: choose between long or short pasta, then one of a few different sauces on the notepad menu, hand it over to your waiter and within no time the desired pasta will be served to your table. When we visited, the pasta was cooked al dente and the vegetarian “Irma La Douce” sauce was very decent. In the evening they also have some options apart from pasta. All this at very decent prices. The interior is plain, but plain likeable too.
