Beetnut convinced us with their tasty vegetarian bowls and salads. We went for the 'By the Incas' bowl and are happy to report that the mix of quinoa, kale, sweet potatoes, avocado, tomatoes, tortilla chip crumbles, coriander and more was a taste explosion. As part time vegans we also added some feta cheese, which blended in perfectly. The food at Beetnut is generally completely vegan, but you can order some add-ons like the aforementioned cheese as well as eggs and fish. Place your order at the bar, take a seat and they'll call you when it's ready. If all vegetarian dishes tasted this great, we'd definitely consider parting with our meat-eating ways.
