Blue Monkey serves Thai curries, stir fries, salads and soups as well as chef Waipop Seapueng's signature dishes like steamed sea bass or fried soft-shell crabs. At lunchtime a buffet is available with five different dishes such as pork curry, yellow tofu curry and at least one dish with seafood and vegetarian noodles. You can choose either one plate with one dish for 18Sfr or make it all-you-can-eat including soup and papaya salad for 26Sfr. The food was tasty, especially the tofu curry prepared with lots of different Thai vegetables. Needless to say, a wide variety of chillies can be added in case it's not hot enough for you. Cool down outside in its pleasant courtyard seating area.
