Perhaps the best way to describe this restaurant close to Bäckeranlage park, is plain, yet pleasant. It does, however, offer genuine southern Italian cuisine and the menu presented on a small blackboard at your table is simple, but changes each week. You can always expect some pasta, meat and fish dishes as well as pizza, of course. The fileja piccante pasta we chose had some bite and the sauce was, well, really piccante, but also full of tomato flavour. In case you're wondering, this rather thick Calabrese pasta looks a bit like a protracted screw. The waitress was attentive and the fact that they have a small fountain where you can pour yourself as much tap water as you like for free (donations for a good cause are appreciated) makes the place even more appealing.
