Although we have to admit that we've never been to the Korean Peninsula and therefore can't judge the authenticity of these burgers, we can say that we enjoyed these tasty creations. The beef patty of the ramen burger we ordered was fried to a perfect medium (still a little pink on the inside) and instead of a bun it was placed between two firm nests of noodles. The toppings of kimchi (fermented, salted cabbage) and rocket salad also went well with the gochujang sauce. All of the burgers come with fries, so we chose the sweet potato option and were especially happy with their crispiness. Chilees has proven to be a success in Berlin and after some good showings at the Zurich Street Food Festival they're now poised to conquer Zurich.
