Every apartment has a separate bathroom and a TV, some feature a built-in kitchen. The penthouse apartments have a private patio, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry machine. The minimum rental period is one month, the rent includes linen and towels, power-supply, heating, warm-water and a cleaning service every second week. There are 12 more Glandon furnished apartments in the university district at Nelkenstrasse 20.
Glandon filled out the rental agreement form for me and I signed it without noticing that they moved the move out dat 30 days forward. When I moved out they told me that it was tough luck and that they were keeping my $2,000 deposit even though the apartment sits vacant.
This company seems to put corporate greed before simple human values so I am posting this as a warning to any prospective tennants to simply bewars.
