Montmartre

Monmartre is a small bistro located in a tiny alley next to St. Peter's Church. With only a couple of small tables, some dark chairs, blueish benches and huge wall mirrors, the atmosphere can definitely be described as French. Naturally, the cuisine is also typically French. The stinging nettle soup of the day was really flavourful and was topped with a drop of olive oil, while the warm goat cheese salad au chèvre chaud was aromatic and well-balanced. Monmartre also seems to be a good place for a glass of wine or a cocktail with your significant other and not unlike a proper bistro in France, the wine hour seems to start early here.
