Everything you ever wanted to know about your daily bread and nutrition in general. This former-mill-become-museum has a whole lot to say about growing wheat, milling flour and baking bread. The industrial mill is still functional and is put into action every day at 15:00 by a miller on site. With lots of hands-on exhibits, this is a good place to go with children (age 6+) and explanations are available in English. They also offer baking lessons and in the shop you can buy different kinds of flour, books, snacks and more. Take tram N°2 or 4 in the direction of Tiefenbrunnen.
