This classic Neapolitan restaurant comes with lots of style: a high ceiling, huge windows, designer chairs and oil paintings on the wall. The old telephones and post boxes decorating the room are a play on the building’s past and present: it was a major distribution centre of the Swiss post and still serves as a post office. But let’s talk about the food: it’s prototypicially Italian canon, done properly. For a starter we had some great stuzzichini with tuna, the spicy-salami pizza from the wood-fire oven was lovely. The pasta with spinach and ricotta was missing a little something, but all in all it was a positive experience.
