Close to Idaplatz, Poli is a casual place that offers good old bar fun, which is probably why it's frequented by football fans, district heroes and some other boisterous folk. It has a notable choice of beers including some craft brews like an India pale ale that seems to be compulsory tipple these days. In what used to be the kitchen of the venue, you'll now find table football and some pinball machines. Sit at one of the snug tables or admire the fish in the aquarium while standing at the bar. Some dried meat and cheese platters are available if you're looking for a snack and occasionally DJs or even live bands entertain crowds here at the weekend.
