Located in a former paper mill, the Rüsterei is a popular restaurant. Rightly so, we think: the seven-metre high room within the innovative Sihlcity mall complex is impressive. You can still feel its industrial past, which contrasts with the elegant furnishings. The modern interpretation of Swiss and international cuisine is very tasty, the atmosphere is nice and the service attentive. In the Kantine section they offer simpler food all day, i.e. salads, burgers and so called "haute dogs". Brunch buffet on Sundays (55Sfr).
