It's hard not to like Wermut, and not just because it produces and serves a refined house version of vermouth that can be the perfect beginning to your after-work evening. It also serve bits and bites of outstanding quality (think crisp, but tender pickled asparagus with herb pesto, Alpine cheese with fermented vegetables or cheese croquettes) that will complete your apero experience and all in a stylish, yet likeable atmosphere. A restaurant section is also available and the incredible appetisers made by chef David Heimer certainly convinced us that we have to come back for dinner next time. In any event, the venue that is actually located inside the Riff Raff cinema is perfect for drinks and sophisticated snacks. Recommended.
