This country inn with a large beer garden lies a little off the beaten path at the forest’s edge in Schwamendingen. Despite its location, it's well worth the extra travel for its football screenings. All of the matches will be shown on a number of different screens outside or in tents and a large screen is usually  available in the hall. They also do outstanding food, which is often grilled. It's even a good place for kids, as there's a playground next to the beer garden.
