This is the latest of Zurich’s Christmas markets, taking place only for the fifth time. On Sechseläutenplatz at Bellevue this village-like market features around 100 huts as market stalls. Many of the vendors here are designers, manufacturers and craftspeople selling their own products, many with a sustainable approach, most of them change weekly. Many food stalls will be clamouring for your cash and besides classics like raclette there is usually food from around the world. You and your kids can skate on an ice rink, and there will be a variety of artists and clowns and a musical advent calendar and an elf village with attractions for your kids. Definitely worth a visit!
