Starting out as a food truck, this outfit has taken one of Kraków's most traditional, unique and city-specific plated meals (maczanka krakowska) and turned into a modern, gloriously messy street food. Consisting of marinated, slow-roasted pork neck, served in a large bun with a variety of versatile toppings and sauces, Andrus has basically invented an original Kraków-style pulled-pork sandwich. Huge and overflowing with flavour, we are 100% on-board with this culinary invention. Skip the kebabs, burgers and even zapiekanki, and eat this instead. Find their brick-and-mortar locale near Mały Rynek, and also a food truck in Kazimierz's Judah Food Market at ul. Św. Wawrzyńca 16.
