Standing (dare we say it) majestically on Calea Victoriei, the Majestic has long been one of Bucharest's best hotels. It offers very big rooms with glorious bathrooms, a great breakfast and – a real bonus – a swimming pool (albeit a rather small one). In a city in which even some of the five-star hotels lack pools, the Majestic's makes it well worth that little bit extra cash.
