Lionel 'Rusty' Bernstein (1920-2002) was arrested at Liliesleaf Farm in Rivonia, Joburg on July 11, 1963 alongside 13 of his comrades including Nelson Mandela, Walter Sisulu, Govan Mbeki and Ahmed Kathrada and was tried for sabotage at the infamous Rivonia Trial.
