In the heart of Sandton Central (directly opposite the Sandton Gautrain station), The Course is a contemporary cocktail bar and bistro that boasts some of the best mixology in the neighbourhood. At The Course's 'Night School' mixology class you can learn to craft a cocktail like a pro. 

Limited to six seats only, Night School takes place on the second and last Wednesday of every month, with guests invited to sit at the bar and learn from the masters. Shake, strain and sip your way through three delicious cocktails, while brushing up on your cocktail history and perfecting your pour.  A fun, entertaining and social evening hosted by master mixologist Evert de Jong, it's also great value and you leave as a certified beginner mixologist.

The ticket includes a three-part guided lesson, three cocktails plus a welcome drink, bar snacks, dinner and dessert. Dishes on the dinner menu include char-grilled rib eye, peri-peri chicken, grilled calamari or a ricotta and wild mushroom phyllo tart.
