Quava Vocal Group has an unmatched passion for choral music, and their talent has been globally recognised, following their triumphant victory in the jazz and adult choir categories at the prestigious World Choral Cup competition in Spain in October 2022.  The group surpassed 31 choirs from 24 countries.

This Gala Concert is their final show of the year. Expect versatile performances that seamlessly blend contemporary classical, African-American spirituals, African traditional pieces, gospel, and traditional religiously inspired Western choral styles. 

This year's concert draws inspiration from the soul-stirring masterpiece "Soneto de la noche." (by Morten Lauridsen). An awe-inspiring composition, it evokes profound reflection on the ceaseless cycle of the seasons and the transient nature of existence.
