Join them every Saturday morning at 05:00, starting at the Banditz Bicycle Club in Braamfontein for a ride that's all about distance, endurance and speed if that's your thing. The rides are between 40-80kms at a speed of 18-25km/h but fear not, there are two groups for you to ride with: intermediate Group A and beginner Group B so pick your tribe and ride.
Bring your spandex, your geared bike, helmet (no helmet, no ride) and all the energy supplements you can fit on your bike.
