Sci Fi film fans have cause to celebrate as The Bioscope brings the International Sci Fi Film Festival to Joburg with a feast of the best Sci Fi short films from USA, Spain, Russia, Israel and Ukraine to name just a few featured countries. The films feature the full spectrum of sci-fi topics including time travel, galactic adventures, meetings with extraterrestrial civilizations and artificial intelligence.<br /> <br /> Highlights include the multi-award winning <em>Mr. Dentonn</em> (Spain), a film about a girl who who reads her brother a story about a strange creature that attacks children, only for it to appear in real life. Also featured is <em>Imaginnaped</em> (USA), a charming story about an eight year old girl whose imaginary friend gets kidnapped and <em>The Rats Dilemma</em>, an Israeli film about teleportation set in Nazi Germany that was a major hit on the 2015 Comic Con circuit.
