The Shelf Show is a new group exhibition by the gallery in 44 Stanley. It features work by both established and up and coming artists as well as shelves designed by some of South Africa's most exciting designers.

The artists on show include Cape Town-based artist Cathy Abrahams whose work explore the links between art, science and spirituality with her work collapsing notions of time and space. Also included are Dale Lawrence, who approaches art as a tool of collective communication, Hedwig Barry, Neil Badenhorst and Sam Kentridge.

The shelves on show have been designed by Acre Studios and Joe Paine.
