Located in a communist-era cultural centre owned by the Railway Workers' Union, this place hasn't changed for decades. As such, recent PRL nostalgia has turned it into a bit of a cult venue for concerts and other events that occasionally take place in the enormous ballroom. Located within an easy walk from the train station, the dirt-cheap prices reflect the bare-bones accommodation that doesn't really include any extras or amenities. Still, you can't do much better in terms of price and location, and you get style points just for staying here.
