<p>Based on the world famous Edinburgh Fringe, Kraków is launching its own performing arts festival based on the same mantra of diversity, fairness and positivity. The inaugural 2017 Krakow Fringe Festival features over 50 performances - all of them in English - from 16 artists performing mime, stand-up comedy, theatre, musical comedy and magic. Among the performers are Polish comedians Tomasz Biskup, Damian Skora and Kamil Gryczka performing standup in their aptly named show ‘Local Boys,’ English language improvisation comedy group ‘Improv Comedy in Cracow,’ musical comedy sensation and Edinburgh Fringe veteran Thom Milner, well-known YouTube comedian Daniel-Ryan Spaulding (CA), local magician Michal Skubida, Wroclaw-based mime outfit ‘Liquidmime,’ and local theatre collective Team Boardwalk.
