In addition to an opportunistic location next door to the ICE Congress Centre (where pickin's are rather slim), the Q Hotel's Qualita restaurant has another ace up its sleeve - head chef Marcin Dudek, whose culinary exploits have been awarded by Gault & Millau, among others. Dine under his roof and you'll understand why. Though the modern, elegant interior is typical of most hotel restaurants, the mouth-watering menu of contemporary Polish and European dishes is wholly original. Changing regularly, emphasis is put on only the freshest, most high-quality ingredients - locally sourced, and that philosophy extends to the local beers and Polish meads on the drinks list. The restaurant also has its own dietician, whose recommendations can be seen in the menu. Open to all for breakfast from 06:30, order a la carte from 12:30. Check their website to save on daily promotions, but in Qualita you can bank on a delicious meal.
