Ramen People makes their own fresh alkaline noodles every day, they import many of their ingredients straight from Japan, and they change their menu constantly to incorporate local seasonal ingredients. With everything in its right place - nitamago eggs, menma bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, mung bean kimchi, chashu pork and more (including yummy vegan versions) - the umami is addictive and Ramen People is now one of the trendiest places in town for work lunches, friend gatherings, family dinners (they have special bowls for kids), first dates - you name it. While ramen is the star of the show, RP also offers a range of other delicious authentic Japanese entrees and sides, teas, matcha drinks and sake.
