Despite moving to a less glamorous (but more visible) location on Grodzka, this veteran restaurant has survived the test of time and continues to serve up consistently decent, stodgy food - delicious Ukrainian borscht, goulash served under a crust of bread, pork chops and pierogi - at suitably Ukrainian bargain prices. Amidst simple folksy decor, pleasant peasant-dressed staff keep the bottles of under-appreciated Ukrainian beer coming to your table; try all fifteen varieties and wake up feeling like a Chernobyl victim, or stick with the kvass (fermented bread drink). Though the small seasonal garden doesn't hold a candle to their old one, it's still better than nothing.
