Located on one of Kraków's most boisterous streets, just minutes from the market square, Soul offers an appealingly modern, metropolitan destination for a memorable dinner and signature cocktails. With a stylish contemporary design and lovely winter garden, the insta-friendly interior lures in photogenic young folks who might be more concerned with their feeds than their food, but the international fusion menu is a fun departure from other restaurants. Beautifully presented, the kitchen staff pulls off adventurous creations like curried beef tripe soup (or 'beef guts in curry' according to the EN menu, we weren't brave enough), duck dumplings in plum-orange sauce (good choice), and pizza topped with mango, shrimp and chorizo (you decide). There are several good vegetarian options as well, including cauliflower steak. Smartly separated from the dining area, the bar takes on a life of its own in the evening, with a huge international alcohol selection (including many whiskies, gins, rums, tequilas and beers), and cocktails sometimes arriving in outrageous glasses. Overall, a very fun place to meet friends and experiment with new tastes.
