Founded in 1980, this family-run design firm is one of Slovenia's foremost producers of upholstered interior furniture, and is also active in architecture as well as many other design-related areas. Since 2000, the company has been run by the noted architect Robert Klun, son of the founder Karel Klun, who has pursued an aggressive and ultimately successful brand awareness strategy in order to promote the company's range of products. This has seen Klun produce a small series of unique, recognisable, functional contemporary products, each with their own identity, but also following a so-called 'red line' of the overall brand.

Their high quality hand-made products adhere to modern ergonomic standards, but also push the limits in terms of new approaches and innovative solutions. Extra emphasis is also put on the use of natural environmentally-friendly materials. The firm's approach to design has been met with not only commercial success, but also recognition within the field of design both in Slovenia and internationally, winning design awards at the Design Biennial in St Etienne, 100% Design in London, the Industrial Design Biennial in Ljubljana and the Ljubljana Furniture Fair among others.
