Focusing on the period between 1500 and 1800, the exhibition highlights some of the biggest social changes that transformed Ljubljana. These include the rise of the Jesuit college education, the start of women’s education in the Ursuline monastery and the Enlightenment movement led by cultural innovator Baron Žiga Zois, whose wheelchair is one of the exhibits.
